Inglemoor Viking Wrestling

The Vikings got off to a good start for the season and with the first week now behind us, we’ll look to work even harder in the weeks to come!

We’ll take Thursday, November 26 off in observance of Thanksgiving, then come back on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for a great clinic with Cobra Wrestling System’s MARC SPRAGUE. We’re proud to host one of the nation’s best coaches for this private, team camp, as Coach Sprague will put the Vikings through the paces:

• Friday: 4:30PM – 8:00PM
• Saturday: 9:00AM – 4:30PM
• Sunday: 9:00AM – 3:30

The 2009-2010 wrestling season starts Monday, November 16th at 2:15PM
All forms need to be turned-in and fees paid next week, PRIOR to the season beginning.

Olympic Gold Medalist (2000) & OTC Coach Brandon Slay along with World Champion Travis Paulson stopped by Inglemoor High School on Thursday afternoon to catch a quick work-out before heading out to the Hargobind Tournament in Canada.

The Viking wrestlers were treated to watching an outstanding workout before a great informal question and answer session.

The world champs stressed good habits, academics and being good representatives of the sport to help it’s growth.
