The 2010 season is just around the corner. If you want to be part of the most dynamic wrestling club in the State come join us for practices and training starting in March. There will be 2 locations: one at Kirkland JH and one in Arlington with combined practices on Fridays at alternate locations.
Along with practices coached by Shaun Williams, the only Olympic wrestler in the State of Washington, and Cliff Johnson and his 20+ years as wrestler and a coach, Sabotage Wrestlers will train with Joel Jamieson CSCS, NSCA-CPT, USAW. Joel has trained some of the top professional and amateur athletes in Puget Sound including Seattle Sounders, Seattle Seahawks, and UFC fighters.
Sabotage Wrestling Academy (SWA) will also included many top wrestlers as weekly and monthly guest coaches including Heinrich Barnes from Orange Crush, Mike Davis 1998 National Freestyle Champion, wrestlers and coaches from Germany and Russia who will also be participating in many of the summer practices and training offered. Be in the room with the best coaches and wrestlers from the Northwest and around the world!

TOURNAMENT SATURDAY: A quick “heads-up” that the first tournament of the season is this weekend at Post Middle School in Arlington and is sponsored by Sabotage Wrestling. It is BOTH a Freestyle AND Greco Tournament!
